LAN and PC interface for test stands with force gauges of the FMI-B30, FMI-B50, FMI-S30 and FMI-S30 series. (Compatible from version 5.) Robust aluminium housing and accessories for mounting on the profile column of the motorised test stand. Hardware with USB 2.0 data interface for connection to the motorised test stand, Ethernet (100Base-TX) interface for stand-alone PC connection or for integration into the local area network (LAN) via DHCP and USB 3.0 interface for power supply.

The test stand can be operated in the LAN via any hardware (e.g. Windows PC; tablet with Android or iOS; smartphone). Complete operating system for controlling the test stand with connected force gauge. Operation with manual driving commands or a predefined, automated test plan via web browser. Measurement data acquisition and storage directly in the interface module. Access to measurement data via Ethernet interface with any web browser, therefore no dependence on the user's operating system or hardware.

A documented HTTP interface is available for transferring measurement data to CAQ systems. Data download in .XLSX, .CSV or .XML format. New inspection plans can be loaded onto the machine via the browser. The Alluris customer portal offers a variety of validated inspection programmes for this purpose. In the customer portal, own test sequences can also be easily created in a web-based, graphical editor. The test stand equipped with the web interface is therefore suitable for a wide range of applications in material, component and component testing. The test stand is therefore particularly suitable for use as an easy-to-operate machine in quality assurance or for tests accompanying production.

The test software includes a report editor with which templates for individual test reports can be created, edited and exported directly as PDFs. Requirements for connecting the FMT-DataExchange (data exchange software), FMT-EasyEdit (test plan software) and FMT-EasyConfig (test machine configuration) - No special hardware requirements; only a free Ethernet RJ45 connection (PC or network) is needed. - No software installation; a current Internet web browser is sufficient (e.g. Chrome, Safari, IE Explorer, Firefox).
