Calibration of Calibration certificate according to (VDI/VDE 2646) CAL-510
Verification and calibration of a torque measuring or testing device with integrated sensor or with remote sensor, traceable to PTB/DKD/ILAC standards. The detailed calibration certificate includes calculations of the measurement uncertainty, a conformity statement for the tested measuring instrument and a calibration recommendation.
The VDI/VDE guideline 2646 (2006) describes the procedure for the static calibration of torque measuring instruments. The calibration procedure is carried out with a total of 2 measurement series in 3 torque steps. If you need a calibration in the accredited area (DAkkS certificate) you will find it under CAL-500|Calibration certificate according to DAkkS DKD-R 10-8.
The calibration in one or both directions of rotation is carried out f with load bodies of class M1. The smallest increment is 0.4 N-m for devices with a nominal measuring range from 2 N-m.
- Traceability of torque measuring instruments to PTB standards
- Calibration certificate with conformity statement according to DAkkS 71 SD 0 025
- Fast processing and short lead times
Our calibration laboratory is accredited to perform DAkkS-compliant calibrations, according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
What is a DAkkS-compliant calibration?
DAkkS-compliant calibrations are, according to the national standards of NMIs (national metrology institutes), the highest level of standard in the calibration chain.
