Calibration of Calibration - DAkkS-DKD-R 3-8 CAL-500
Verification and calibration of a torque tester as a calibration device for torque spanners, traceable to PTB/DKD/ILAC standards. The detailed calibration certificate includes calculations of the measurement uncertainty, a statement of conformity for the tested measuring device and a calibration recommendation.
The guideline DKD-R 10-8 describes the procedure for the static calibration of calibration devices for torque spanners and underlines the corresponding requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The calibration procedure is carried out according to chapter 4.4 4 with a total of 5 measurement series in 5 equidistant torque steps for torque spanner calibration devices of class 1 with a targeted relative deviation margin W' ≥ 0.5 % (k=2).
The calibration in each case in one or both directions of rotation is carried out for the measuring range up to 50 N-m on a calibration test bench with torque spanner of class 0.2. The lowest step is 0.4 N-m for devices with a nominal measuring range from 2 N-m.
- Traceability of calibration devices for torque spanners to PTB standards.
- Calibration certificate according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789.
- For torque testers and calibration devices of class 1 (with W' ≥ 0.5 %).
- Procedure accredited by DAkkS according to DIN ISO 17025.
Our calibration laboratory is accredited to perform DAkkS-compliant calibrations, according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
What is a DAkkS-compliant calibration?
DAkkS-compliant calibrations are, according to the national standards of NMIs (national metrology institutes), the highest level of standard in the calibration chain.
