Calibration of Hydraulic force gauge - METRON Simplex 80.HYME

Calibration of a hydraulic force transducer (force gauge), traceable to PTB/DKD/ILAC standards. The detailed calibration certificate includes calculations of the measurement uncertainty, a statement of conformity for the tested measuring device and a calibration recommendation according to the selected calibration procedure in accordance with DKD-R 3-3 Sequence C or D, taking into account a higher measurement uncertainty budget based on the data sheet information of the manufacturer Metron Messtechnik und Maschinenbau GmbH.

As a rule, calibration is carried out exclusively in the direction of compression on automated testing equipment up to 5 kN or up to 250 kN with reference standards of class 05 and better. The uncertainty contributions for the non-measured reproducibility, repeatability and/or hysteresis are statistically taken into account on the basis of data sheet information.
