Calibration of Test finger with compression spring according to VDE 0470 80.0470
Calibration of a test finger with integrated pressure spring and N-scale according to VDE 0470 and EN 60335-1, traceable to PTB/DKD/ILAC standards. The detailed calibration certificate includes calculations of the measurement uncertainty, a conformity statement for the tested measuring instrument and a calibration recommendation according to the selected calibration procedure as per VDI/VDE 2624 sheet 2.1.
The calibration is usually carried out exclusively in the direction of pressure in the measuring range up to max. 500N on an automated 1 kN force reference standard measuring device with direct loading by masses.
The service item CAL-100C5D covers nominal measuring ranges (Fnom) from 10 to 500 N with accredited procedures for the compression direction.
